Jelly gels are designed to provide a rapid supply of carbohydrates and electrolytes during exercise.

Their jelly texture, inspired by hydrogels, offers a pleasant mouthfeel and rapid absorption, supporting intensity without digestive discomfort.

Each gel provides 35g of carbohydrates , with a glucose:fructose ratio of 2:1 for optimal absorption. It also contains electrolytes and, depending on the flavor, caffeine.

Suggested Use
