Jelly gels are designed to provide a rapid supply of carbohydrates and electrolytes during exercise.

Their jelly texture, inspired by hydrogels, offers a pleasant mouthfeel and rapid absorption, supporting intensity without digestive discomfort.

Each gel provides 35g of carbohydrates , with a glucose:fructose ratio of 2:1 for optimal absorption. It also contains electrolytes and, depending on the flavor, caffeine.

Suggested Use

• During exercise and depending on your digestive tolerance, you can adjust your consumption up to 3 gels per hour, or about one gel every 20 minutes, depending on the intensity and duration.

• With its gel-like texture and glucose and fructose content, it provides a quick energy boost.
  Always ensure you drink plenty of fluids as well.
